xtool.com.au trades as Menagerie Manufacturing and started as Roscoe Cycles in 1969 building racing cycles and      toolmaking in Sydney and on decentralising to Bathurst in 1975 changing the name to Bathurst Tool Company, because      of confusion with the name of another company, the name was changed to Menagerie Manufacturing.
